Urban Limits was founded in 2009 in Johannesburg. We specialize in the sale, rental and management of residential properties, including the marketing of developments off plan. We also offer clients the opportunity to auction their properties using our strategic auction partners.
Urban Limits operates seamlessly in the cloud, allowing us to expand anywhere and work with self-starting and entrepreneurially minded agents. Our agents are all trained and fully compliant with the EAAB as is our company.
Our agents are at liberty to negotiate fees with clients as well as operate without geographical restrictions in both rentals and sales, and to collaborate with other agencies, should it be required in order to meet the client’s needs.

While we use more than a dozen traditional platforms, we have added a digital marketing pipeline using a professional digital marketing company to manage the related social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
